Brief
Afyacall is focused on developing and providing health care solutions in Tanzania using information technology. Afyacall started operating and offering Telemedicine services from the year 2016. By partnering with Vodacom Tanzania, a telecommunication company, Afyacall is the first company in Tanzania to provide Telemedicine service whereby mobile phone users across the country can obtain 24-hour live doctors’ consultations via their mobile phone. AfyaCall has also partnered with PharmAcess to provide a remote care monitoring solution for persons with Non Communicable Diseases (NCD’s). It Currently offers: 24/7 Live call to Doctors; Text Service via SMS Health Tips, Prerecorded Voice Service via IVR – Interactive Voice Response, NCD Group remote care and monitoring in partnership with PharmAcess and the Government of the Republic of Zanzibar.

⚡ Afyacall currently has a reach to over 15 Million Persons, with a potential to reach approximately over 40 Million persons in Tanzania. Multiple stakeholders are able to utilize and have an impact and provide solutions to many major challenges that affect the health sector in the country.

Bullseye target: Our service also caters to specific groups, including elderly people, pregnant women, and children.
